Kegan McNutt has been a licensed commercial real estate broker since 2017, specializing in landlord/seller, tenant/buyer representation in Boulder County and the surrounding areas. Partnering with Chris Boston at Gibbons-White, Inc., Kegan has successfully closed hundreds of lease and sales transactions, serving a wide range of clients, from local landlords and businesses to national tenants and investors.

With a degree in Accounting and experience from his previous work in the financial services sector, Kegan excels in financial analysis for both lease and sale transactions. He brings expertise in lease and contract negotiations as well as a deep knowledge of the Boulder market. Currently managing 25-35 active listings and requirements, he has led notable transactions across industrial, office, retail, and investment sales.

Some of his notable industrial and office deals include a large food production facility for Bobo’s Oat Bars, a corporate headquarters and manufacturing space for GeoTrek Vans, a corporate headquarters, manufacturing and lab space for Prometheus Materials and multiple medical and office leases in various office projects. He has also secured spaces for Pact, Know Brainer Foods, and Quality Doors and Trim, and many others.

In retail leasing, Kegan has done deals with top brands such as Arc’teryx, Postino, Sweetgreen, Norrona, Black Diamond, Marine Layer, Hestra Gloves, Weekends, Free People and many more. On the investment and sales side, he has successfully closed several multi-million dollar transactions, a few include single tenant and multi-tenant industrial and office, medical office and many commercial condo projects. His expertise in contract negotiations and market strategy continues to drive his success in Boulder County’s commercial real estate market.

Kegan lives in Erie with his wife, Kathleen, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and exploring Colorado with family and friends.
