Promoted to Vice President of Brokerage Services in 2008, he specializes in landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation, investment sales, and complex lease and contract negotiations. Recognized for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to client success, Chris thrives on structuring deals that achieve the best possible outcomes.
A longtime Boulder resident, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Colorado State University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), demonstrating his expertise in brokerage, leasing, and investment analysis. His leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder, a three-year Board Member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), and President of the Colorado Technology Center Owners Association, an industrial park in Louisville, CO.
Chris has been recognized as an Icon in Brokerage and Leadership by the Colorado Real Estate Journal and has received the CoStar Power Broker Award for achieving the highest transaction volume in Boulder County. His notable transactions include deals with Eco-Products, Bobo’s Oat Bars, Boulder Brands, SendGrid, IWG HQ/Regus, Vairex, Fanatics, RE/MAX, Ascend Analytics, Lockheed Martin, Design Mechanical, Izzio Artisan Bakery, and many more.
Chris lives in Boulder with his wife and two sons and enjoys skiing, cycling, fly fishing, and exploring the mountains.
